First, I'm not sure that GeoTIFF even has a mechanism to represent
geocentric coordinate systems. Second, if it did, OGRSpatialReference
and GDAL don't support them so there would be no translation get from
the WKT to geotiff keys.
I think we will need to depend on the WKT VLR in LAS to represent
geocentric coordinates though I will look into geotiff tags too.
I'm starting on GEOCCS support this afternoon.
