I did. I ended up needing to build boost to work through the issue. You might try that.

There are several types, (xxxxxx-mt-xxxxxx) indicates multithreaded for example whereas (xxxxx-mt-s-xxxxxx) is multithreaded and static. Are you compiling static or dynamic?
