A few issues have been resolved since yesterday's 1.7.0b1 release. * Header VLR and padding calculation were incorrect <http://trac.liblas.org/ticket/239> * las2txt was printing unprintable characters into output <http://trac.liblas.org/ticket/240> * LASzip is optional, not required, to build libLAS via CMake configuration The OSGeo4W build has been updated, and you can fetch the latest by updating (or installing fresh) from there on Windows.
