Ah good!  Now we get to have a discussion!  John's vote was for  
modifying the source... Roy has a vote for modifying the CFLAGS...

I can see both sides.  Personally, modifying 3rd party source doesn't  
sound like the right idea.  This is the same situation Linux  
distributions get into... where they want to fix bugs, but if those  
aren't captured upstream then the next time a new version of that  
package comes out... someone has to do more work again.

At the same time... Nemesis probably isn't going to change much.  The  
distribution I got was from 4 months ago... and it's essentially been  
stable for years now.  So it might be the case that we never capture  
another snapshot of this source...

I think I'll try to modify the CFLAGS to eliminate the warnings... if  
that doesn't do it then I might modify the source.
