Ok - I've committed a couple more fixes, and it appears that everything is
working well now. The only thing left is adaptivity, but it might be a bit
before I can look at that.
I'm going to go through and do some cleanup and get rid of some of the most
blatant memory leakages.
We're also working on the NOX interface for NonlinearSolver... we're about
50% done. Hopefully we'll get that hammered out in the next day or so.
