Hi :
I am trying to use LibMesh-0.7.0.3 with Petsc-3.0.0. I would like to
initialize and finalize Petsc and MPI in my own code and not via
LibMeshInit. This is mainly because I want
to use LibMesh on a subset of communicators of MPI_COMM_WORLD and use Petsc
on MPI_COMM_WORLD.
I have attached a very simple program that tests this basic functionality. I
am encountering a segementation fault or some other MPI_Error when I run
this program. I believe
this is either a bug in LibMesh or some unsupported feature I am trying to
access using this code. Could you kindly look into this issue and give me
your suggestions to fix this problem.
