  $ ./configure --enable-everything --disable-netcdf-4
--disable-testsets CXX=mpicxx CC=mpicc F77=mpif77 FC=mpif90 CPPFLAGS=
LIBS=  --no-create --no-recursion

Why are you using the --no-create and --no-recursion and not using the
--prefix option, like I asked you to try?
