Yeah, probably due to whitespace changes in the library since February.
 You can try to recreate the patch in v0.9.3 --- it's pretty simple, just
delete the offending 'using namespace' from parallel_implementation and
prepend libMesh:: where required --- or, even better, use an up-to-date
version of libmesh.  You can grap a zip file at
https://github.com/libMesh/libmesh/archive/master.zip.
