[libmicrohttpd] Failing send response to POST message

Hi,

I am using the post process to handle POST message.
After that I want to send response but the "MHD_queue_response" failed
seems because the connection state is
"MHD_CONNECTION_CONTINUE_SENT" (6).
What am I missing?
