Hi, plibc is gnunet.org's compatibility layer for Windows. It was factored out of the GNUnet codebase as other projects came to build on it (libmicrohttpd is one of them) and other developers expressed interest in contributing.
Actual error messages & bug reports regarding PlibC are always of interest to us gnunet.org devs & good patches are always more than welcome. Happy hacking, Nils Durner
