That would SEEM to be the case.  This was another of my frequent
forward-without-endorsement messages.  I haven't read the bill in question,
and would caution that frequently activists, including those I'm very
sympathetic to, either misanalyze legislation or pass along the misanalysis
of others.  I think Ron Paul would be better than most in that regard, but
I'd have to read the bill in the context of existing statutes to form an
opinion, and I don't have the time right now.  Food & drug law is very
complex.  Maybe one of you will do the research before I do.
