As the first thing, this series is supposed to be applied on top this [0] series. While testing a some issues reported by Zeeshan on the [0] series, I faced pretty much the same problems faced when enabling express installation for Windows 8.1. For some reason (no one is using/testing?) these issues never got reported.
With this series (and the previous one) we are pretty much done with Windows 8* series and can move on for improving Windows 10 support. Please, let's try to focus on these patches, on the issues caused by these patches and if something not new shows up, let's file a bug and deal with the old issue later on.
