The three practising librarians in Europe I know of are Remi, Aubrey
and myself. I'm not a music librarian either, though...

A good possibility would be one of the European Wikipedians in
Residence - Ally Crockford at the National Library of Scotland, Hay
Kranen at the Koninklijke Bibliotheek, or David Parreño Mont with the
Catalan public library network.
