I've found that the Wikipedia IRC channel [1] (aka "live chat") is often
quite helpful and we could make sure that there are some librarians
there for certain hours.

Did you get a chance to put together office hours?
One of the items on our list for next year, I think, will be a
screencast that is easily subtitled in different languages: we need to
have a complex landscape of support for different types of learners.
