I've found that the Wikipedia IRC channel [1] (aka "live chat") is often quite helpful and we could make sure that there are some librarians there for certain hours.

You all can be awesome and help spread the word. You can also drop in
and help!

I don’t think this will be useful for the screen cast.

Merrilee and Roy,

Did you get a chance to put together office hours?

One of the items on our list for next year, I think, will be a
screencast that is easily subtitled in different languages: we need to
have a complex landscape of support for different types of learners.

Cheers,

Lots of people took stickers and were like "Oh, I can do that!" but I
think we need to keep the pressure on, Maybe doing some office hours
(as Merilee was talking about) during that week might help people feel
    more comfy with the concept.
