No.

To be absolutely clear...

* Libre.fm (the website) is not run by the GNU Project, or by the FSF.
It's run by me, and FooCorp, and Clint and jurg and a few others who
have access to the box.

* GNUkebox, Nixtape (and Band Manager) are in the process of becoming
GNU projects. Documentation will be needed for those, but we haven't
written any of it yet, and won't be writing any of it for some time to come.

* The Libre.fm ideas wiki is indeed CC-BY-SA.

No. We might decide that some Libre.fm wiki articles can form parts of
the documentation for GNUkebox and Nixtape in future, and if those
happen we'll figure something out. Until the software becomes more
stable, we probably won't want to write documentation for it.

To be absolutely clear once more...

* If you're writing, or would like to write code, translations, or do
graphics work for GNUkebox and Nixtape (the two components that make up
turtle.libre.fm and alpha.libre.fm respectively) then, you should be
assigning copyright to the FSF.

* If you're writing things on the Libre.fm wiki, you don't.

* In the case where you're making graphics for Libre.fm, but they might
be useful to be used in Nixtape or GNUkebox, please do a copyright
assignment anyway. It can't hurt.
