My 5 cents: people should ponder on this kind of news whatever. Not only by the point of view "libre.fm vs. last.fm". The more you know about the greedy majors strategies, the less you are fooled.
But I think is a bad argument using to promote libre.fm. We've got a mobster at the government in italy because it turned to "nice" for idiot people as he was attacked continuosly about his TRUE crimes. Pay attention that simple minded people (the majority of people) don't understand the contents, they keep for the "poor victims" even if the victim is a gangster.
