Here are some DDR2 compatiblity with Intel D510MO with Libreboot (beta,
04/12/16)
Pretty good results as you can see except 2x 2GB (2Rx8), only 3GB out of
4GB available and 2x 1GB (1Rx8) prevent Libreboot.. to boot. :) (1Rx8
stick works but in one slot only)

2x 2GB (4GB) : WORKING but detected as 3GB.
