6. What is an XRECORD?
XRECORD are objects that are used to store and manage arbitrary data. They
are similar in concept to XData but is not limited by size or order. I found
this on help section of AUTOLISP which gets bundled along with AUTOCAD.
There is lot more information about it....

4. What is an APPID?
APPID is some kind of table where application names are saved with the
extended data of each entry that uses them. This is done so that autocad
recongnises them. Again I found this on help section of AUTOLISP which gets
bundled along with AUTOCAD.
