Yes, I reviewed the code.
decode.h is a header file for decode.c, containing only one function.
I think we should
1. declare structures/functions in decode.h file that are defining in
decode.c file.
2. */.h files in include/.
3. */.c files in src_c/
4. libraries in lib/.
