Ok, ok, still in the "Variables" section, R2010, reading the string chain,
handles came after reading 1 bit and 2 bytes more.

But this is commented out in the last LibreDWG code for R2007,
"refactoring" branch, any idea why?.
See file "header.c", line 45.
