Please note:
- I styled the commit message to be easily extractable for
creating the ChangeLog file on release. Please see:
(info "(standards) Change Logs")
for more information.
- There is still a problem, however: I did not indicate
the usual "(tiny change)" because there is no ChangeLog
to do so. This is a technical / administrative glitch
that we need to resolve in order to continue.
Unfortunately, i must run now, but i will resume towards end of
the day. I think you should ask the LibreDWG maintainer for the
copyright assignment form (present and future) immediately so
that you can subsequently be granted write privs on savannah.
