Follow-up Comment #5:
A generic dumper is now, as dwgread. with various formatting backend: json,
dxf, dxfb, and later svg, ps, yaml.
Also the skeleton for a generic dwgwrite from various formats.
It is independent on --enable-trace, without looking at the ENV var, but at
some --verbose arg, or a generic dwg->opts setting.
