Hi Julien,
I couldn't find an existing report so I created a new one under 42120 for the
ineffective Filter criteria.
As for the second element, further investigation reveals that once a filter
criteria is set, you can then edit that criteria in the Filter Navigator, but
you can still not add further criteria, so I will also open up a new bug report
for that.
For me, this current bug report is resolved fixed, at least in current
production build so I'll set it as such.
