E doubt that the problem here is related to Bug 40146

I am pretty sure that clicking properties button (see your secreenshot "Print
dialog where you can see the problem in the preview area") you will see a
printer settings dialog showing some wrong paper format. Who can know what'
wrong with your system? Correct the setting and prtint! Please ask for
assistance in a user mailing list, here we can not to anything for you as long
as you can not contribute a useful description of a real bug in a current LibO
version.
BTW, are you sure that you are using LibO?
