"File -> Print... -> select printer -> Properties..."
Change the paper tray setting from "Printer default" to "Manual Feeder" and
click "ok". Open the properties again and the setting is again "Printer
default"!
Change "Paper size", "Orientation" and "Duplex" will be saved.
You must change the paper tray setting in "File -> Printer Settings..." to
print over the "Manual Feeder".
We do not have this problem with LibreOffice 3.3.x.
