The requesting document has to reside in a trusted location, so in this case Test_02.ods (and Test_03.ods). i.e. under Tools -> LibreOffice -> Security, Macro Security, Trusted Sources, add a dedicated path to Trusted File Locations. Under Tools -> LibreOffice -> Calc -> General, Update links when opening, choose Always (from trusted locations).
