As they say a picture is equal to 1000 words. Plus, his description makes it even more clear. I do not think the pictures shared by Owen Genat explains tabbed usage as can be done with Opera & Firefox but these pictures make me think of the 'Ribbon'. I definitely will never request for the 'Ribbon' interface which many people dislike. I also think this 'bug' feature request for an enhancement is a duplicate of “Bug" 37134.
