v:background can have id, fillcolor, filled (overridden by fill child),
o:bwmode, o:bwnormal o:bwpure, o:targetscreensize.
It can have a fill child: a vml shape that can be gradients, etc.
bug 78749 (which dealt with image fill on textboxes) looks like the perfect
code to copy for importing the fill child. (export already worked at that
point)
