An own problem, unrelated to bug 138981. In this case, LibreOffice itself
controls the content of the clipboard after the program exits. There is no
native Windows Clipboard format for JPEG; it could possibly be workarounded by
a custom format for JPEG, but then the problem doesn't stop, because there
should also be an indication which of the *several* raster formats is the
original one ... likely not worth the trouble. Anyway, doers decide.
