- Are you able to share a video or at least some screenshots of what this issue
looks like?
- Have you somehow activated the "global menu" on Ubuntu (i.e. the window menus
integrated into the top panel)?
- I assume you are using GNOME, given that I see gtk3 in your version
information. But can you confirm which desktop environment?
- Do you use Wayland? (If on GNOME, go to Settings > About > Windowing system)
