When editing the Footer, the first tab of the dialog is "Footer (first)". If
you only change the values in this tab, only the first page will have a
modified footer.
To change all footers, also edit the values in the "Footer (rest)" tab.
Please set the report back to "unconfirmed" if that's not the issue.
