Sometimes trivial things are flagged as moves, as when deleting common words like 'due to' and then later adding an unrelated occurrence of those words somewhere else. When revising a sentence, it is not very important to show that a few words have been moved, especially when a word is modified (e.g., 'suspect something' -> 'suspicion of something') and only part of the word is flagged as having been moved and the rest is shown as having been added.
