Sorry, but that makes no sense. PDF is not a meta-file format (i.e. a vector image). It you need a vector image format--export the Impress slide or Draw page as a vector file, you have EMF, SVG, WMF to choose from. Otherwise, the x-svm .svm held within the ODF archive's Pictures directory (the ODF archive just a Zip file) that can be extracted.
