I totally agree. After reading main parts of this "book" propose to close it,
because at least for me it is no longer a bug report you can easiliy follow.
Main problem ist, that discussion is about page styles as a whole as well as
different page styles. So for me best way would be - if necessary - to diiscuss
just one page style per bug. Any objections?
