Can you please:
- test a currently maintained version of LO (24.2 preferably) - do you still
reproduce?
- check that the issue is not related to your default template (template paths
can be found in Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Paths)
- tell us what you get when running the two following commands:
locale LC_PAPER
paperconf
