Apologies for the quasi harsh words - please understand from our side that we literally have spent hundreds of hours looking at bugs and many of them are VERY POORLY reported. This wasn't the case in your report but I think irritation was clear from the get go from comment 10 which perhaps put me in a bad mood as well and perhaps our side could have been clearer about what we were looking for. The bug is confirmed - it's done and ready to go. Other programs that can print envelopes are abiword, kword (I think that's the name) & of course AOO.
