Reproduced only when running the macro from the editor. Not reproduced if
running it from Tools > Macros > Run macro.
Repro in OOo 3.3 and LO 5.0.0.5.
Repro in 7.4.0.3 with signature "SwTextShell::ExecInsert(SfxRequest&)":
