Open the test.pptx file in PowerPoint and check that the arrow has a > double head No need to open in PowerPoint: reloading the file in LO shows the issue. I can reproduce in: Version: 24.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 92815f3a464b447898ecf52492247335228e4a72 CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 6.5; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded as well as in 5.3.0.3. In ODP, entering the group and looking at the line properties shows that it does use "End style = Arrow", with a width of 0. Once saved as PPTX, it shows the "extra" arrowhead on the line on canvas even though the dialog shows "End style = -none-" and a greyed-out width of 0.21 cm. Back in 5.2.0.4, saving as PPTX would result in the arrows turned back into single line objects. A bibisect could be interesting.
