Please test a currently-maintained version, preferably 24.2. If the issue
persists, please attach a sample file for others to test.
I could not reproduce the issue, I tried the following:
1. Create an ODS file with LO 7.0.0.3
2. Apply cell background colour "Light Green 2" to a cell
3. Save and close
4. Open with LO 7.3.7.2
Version: 7.3.7.2 / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 30(Build:2)
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 6.5; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Ubuntu package version: 1:7.3.7-0ubuntu0.22.04.4

Maybe you remember which version the file was created with?
