@wrigh, since your issue is with the Firefox browser on Win 7 sp1 first see if
an update there will resolve. The LibreOffice off-line help content (installed
locally or web hosted) is dependent on web browser's handling.
Update Firefox from its Help --> About dialog, and restart the browser to fully
update. Then check how the LibreOffice help pages are rendered.
If resolved, good. Otherwise post the version info that Firefox reports in its
Help --> About and still does not render correctly.
