Bug ID: 161579 Summary: UserAutoSave: recovery file is not needed if document is successfully saved Product: LibreOffice Version: 24.2.0.0 alpha0+ Hardware: All OS: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Documentation Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: jl...@mail.com CC: jl...@mail.com, olivier.hal...@libreoffice.org The current help for "Automatically save the document too" says, Specifies that LibreOffice saves all modified documents when saving AutoRecovery information. Uses the time interval specified in Minutes. The implementation changed in 24.2. This is better stated now as Automatically save the document instead: Specifies that LibreOffice saves the modified document itself instead of creating a temporary AutoRecovery version. Uses the time interval specified in Minutes. The change came with my 24.2 commit 63bb760acc8aa50c352f3349e8adf3db381b4911 https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/155273 for bug 57414 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
