Steps to Reproduce: 1. Make document with four level headings, with some text. 2. In Navigation panel try to reorganize chapters promoting, demoting, moving up and down, it will soon break LO Writer and whole LO document will be closed. 3. LO begin automatic recovery, but after opening document, some chapters are missing and phantom emptx headings are visible in the Navigation panel. Actual Results: Missing chapters, phantom empty headings. Expected Results: As supposed by name of the tools, as always before (and I am using this features for two decades), it should reorganize document structure.
