Everyone can write a document and claim to be me, or you, or anyone; and add comments by Cor, or Stuart, or Sahil or anyone else. Not "every possible function", but functions which either: 1. Cover reasonable, non-niche use cases (especially if there are many of them), or 2. Address the need to be able to edit aspects of the ODT format (in this case, authorship information of comments) in this case, both criteria are met.
