We do, just fine. What we can’t do, however, is support what Y. Kawara imagines
should happen, which is mixing and matching morx and GSUB substitutions. There
is no such a thing, you can either apply morx substitutions or GSUB
substitutions, not both.

What this bug is about, is hiding misleading UI that does not work and only
confuses people. If the font has a morx table, morx table substitutions will be
used, but the feature dialog is showing GSUB substitutions and turning these on
or off has no effect. We can’t show morx substitution because we have no way to
control them from HarfBuzz API.
