Garbled characters
I imported a Shift-JIS encoded csv file into calc using the import dialog.
calc displayed it correctly.
I saved it over the original.
The characters became garbled and it became unreadable.
This happens sometimes.
Garbled files are unreadable even when imported in UTF-8.
