It is valid. It may not be clear from the description, but the reproduction step1 in comment 0 should be: 1. Open the email *in MS Outlook* (maybe of a specific version) And comment 18 created an alternative for the steps 1 and 2. Now it can be: 1. Open NirSoft InsideClipboard; 2. In it, load the CLP file from attachment 197426 (File->Load From .Clp File); 3.
