Description:
If I do Insert>Image..., I can select a pdf file, and the document looks okay.
However, File>Export...>Export as PDF... sometimes yields a pdf which does not
show the imported pdf, or cannot be opened on a Windows machine.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a document
2. Insert>Image and then select a PDF file
3. File>Export...>Export as PDF... (Use default settings)

Actual Results:
Often, the generated PDF does not show the imported PDF
Often, the generated PDF cannot be opened in windows

Expected Results:
The generated PDF does show the imported PDF
The generated PDF can be opened in windows

Reproducible: Sometimes

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
It makes no sense to import a pdf as image, it yields unpredictable results, so
importing images should be restricted to real images, like jpg, png etc.
