As I've written in the other bug page, this method can be helpful for
debugging. But, it does not help much here, as you may want to colorize or
otherwise edit that diacritic, and it is not possible here, or would be too
hard to do.

This is in itself an issue for the people who type a lot with diacritics, like
Arabic (and in some cases Persian).
