Error on install and uninstall
Hello,
A few weeks ago the app began to give a strange error I did not recognize and
can't remember now. I attempted to uninstall/reinstall, but I receive an error
on uninstall that it "can't find" a file and to select an alternate path. No
appropriate path exists.
I tried to download and install a newer version, but the error 1714 appears
that it cannot uninstall the previous version. I'm completely stuck and not
sure what to do.
