Description:
Unicode 16.0 defined four quotation marks to be reproduced variants by VS01 or
VS02, they required VS01 for non-fullwidth form and VS02 for right-justified
fullwidth form. As such variation sequences will be mostly used by CJK
typefaces, they should have special rules to assign typefaces.
When they are followed by VS01, they should always rendered with Western text
fonts, when they are followed by VS02, they should always rendered with Asian
text fonts
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 198523
Actual Results:
The quotation marks does not responded for their variation sequences, just
takes the same as they doesn't have VS characters.
Expected Results:
The quotation marks with VS01 or VS02 should be rendered by different
typefaces.
